PRIVACY POLICY ON PURCHASING TICKETS AND ON ACCESS EVENTS
B-NL Challenge Trophy
Applicability of the Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to services and offers for orders placed regarding the event B-NL Challenge Trophy (after this referred to as: Golf Event).
Definitions
This privacy policy contains the following definitions:
- “Agreement”: the Agreement between the Organizer and you to provide one or more Tickets in return for payment in connection with an event day of the B-NL Challenge Trophy.
- “CM Tickets”: CM Tickets is a trade name of CM.com Netherlands B.V., registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 20123808, with its registered office in at Konijnenberg 30, 4825 BD Breda, www.cmtickets.com
- ''General Terms and Conditions'': these General Terms and conditions regarding the purchasing of Tickets and the attending to the B-NL Challenge Trophy.
- “Golf Event”: the Golf Event of which you purchased a Ticket, indicated by a date, time and location, named B-NL Challenge Trophy.
- “Organizer”: The party that undertakes and is responsible for the organisation of the Event; in case of the B-NL Challenge Trophy the Organizer is the Koninklijke Nederlandse Golf Federatie, located in Utrecht, also acting under the name 'NGF’ and ‘GOLF.nl’.
- “Ticket”: admission ticket to an event day of the B-NL Challenge Trophy.
- “Website”: the B-NL Challenge Trophy Organizer’s ticket shop https://www.golf.nl/topgolf/toernooien/challenge-trophy.
- “you or your”: The person or party who concludes or has concluded an Agreement with the Organizer of the B-NL- Challenge Trophy.
The Agreement and the Ticket
- By purchasing the Ticket and paying the Entrance Fee, the Agreement is established between the Visitor and the Organizer. The Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions of the Organizer of the Event as stated by the Organizer on its website. For the B-NL Trophy Challenge, these can be found via https://www.golf.nl/topgolf/toernooien/challenge-trophy.
- The Organizer has outsourced the purchase and ordering process of Tickets to CM Tickets.
Security measures
- The Ticket page of the Golf Event is secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This keeps your personal data protected and encrypted.
- CM Tickets uses payment methods approved by banks.
Credit card data
- Neither CM Tickets, nor the Organizer will save your credit card data. This data will solely be sent to the credit card companies in an encrypted way.
Personal data
- When you purchase a Ticket, we ask you to provide personal data. This privacy policy describes the way in which the Organizer processes, stores and uses your personal data.

- When there is suspicion of providing false data, CM Tickets is allowed to cancel your purchase or reservation.
- Neither CM Tickets, nor the Organizer is responsible for any mistakes in the purchasing and/or ordering process of Tickets as a result of providing false data.
Personal data
The following data is collected when purchasing Tickets or visiting the Website:
- First and last name
- E-mail address
- Mobile number – in case of a COVID-outbreak during an Event, the municipal health service (GGD) will carry out contact tracing
- Payment information regarding your account number and ascription for the purchasing of Tickets
- Any other information requested during the ordering of Tickets. This information is optional. When filling in your personal data, it will be clearly stated which information is optional and which information is essential to use the service.
Use of personal data
- CM Tickets registers data via the Ticket web shop. The data remains property of the Organizer. CM Tickets and the Organizer will use this data only for the following purposes:
- To provide you with products, services, account data and assistance. In this way we are able to provide you with an admission ticket on behalf of the Organizer of the event. When providing us with personal data from your household, please be sure to ask permission before sharing this data with us.
- To provide assistance if you contact us regarding the admission ticket and the events you have visited. We may, for example, send you an e-mail about the purchase of a Ticket or request to fill in a review on events you visited.
- To be able to maintain and/or improve the Website(s) from a technical point of view.
- To be able to make better decisions on advertising, e-mail and/or social media networks and to keep the visitor up-to-date on the latest news and/or updates and/or service announcements, and to personalize your experience on our services.
- For security reasons
To protect the safety of our company, staff, customers, third parties and their/our belongings as is legally permitted.
- For marketing purposes
When permission is given, the Organizer can send you (targeted) offers via advertising, e-mail and keep the visitor up-to-date on the latest news and/or updates and/or service announcements (such as newsletters).
- Other purposes which are legally permitted.
Storage of personal data
Opt-in
- When you tic the box ''I am interested in receiving the newsletter of golf.nl'' during the purchase of Tickets online, you give explicitly consent to the Organizer for sending you their newsletter. At all times you are able to unsubscribe for this newsletter.
- The opt-in data is only used for sending the concerned newsletter. No data will be stored or shared with third parties unless it is stated otherwise.
Portrait rights
- Photographers selected by the Organizer of third parties will be making image recordings during the Golf Event. Visitors may be recorded at these images. By accepting this Privacy Policy and the General Terms and Conditions and by visiting the Golf Event you give explicitly consent to the use of images on which you are recorded recognizable.
- The Organizer, partners or press companies may use images on their websites (for example www.golf.nl and www.ngf.nl) and on social media to promote future Golf Events and to report on Golf Events.
- The Organizer will share images with partners and sponsors of the Golf Event for promoting and reporting on this or future Golf Events.
- When you wish to delete an image on the Website or social media on which you can be recognized, you may contact the Organizer: De Koninklijke Nederlandse Golf Federatie, Orteliuslaan 1041, 3528 BE Utrecht, 030 - 242 63 70 or via: privacy@ngf.nl.
Datasaving
With every visit to our Website, we may store certain data concerning your visit:
- Your Internet Protocol-address or Proxyserver IP-address;
- Your Internet Service Provider (ISP);
- The duration of your visit to the Website;
- The amount of visits to our Website;
- The websites you visit via clicking on links on our Website;
- Basal domain data;
- The pages you visit;
- The website via which you came on our Website;
- Information about the operating system and internetbrowser you use to visit our Website;

The Organizer will use the registered data for the following purposes only:
- Providing important information concerning the Golf Event;
- To contact you about feedback or questions on our products and services;
- Monitoring the performance of the Website;
- Improving the Website and its services;
- To inform youbefore others about new editions of Golf Events;
- To make sure research can be done by the municipal health service (GGD) in case of a COVID-outbreak during an Event.
Maintenance of the Website
To maintain the quality of the Website the management can, at any time:
- Deny, interfere or limit access to parts of the Website for certain visitors;
- Temporarily shut down the Website in order to perform updates;
- The management accepts no liability for any failures, malfunctions, difficulties or interruptions concerning the functioning of the Website, causing limited access to certain functions on the Website.
- The Organizer accepts no liability for any harm caused to you or your equipment as a result of connecting to or using the Website.

Some links leading to other websites can be found on our Website. These websites are selected with most care, however, the Organizer takes no responsibility regarding the use of your personal data by these websites. You must carefully read the Privacy Statement of the website you are visiting.
Children under the age of 18
- For all children under the age of 18 we ask the permission of their parents for using our products and services beforehand. The parents must read this privacy statement.
Changes
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend this privacy policy. We therefore advise you to check this page regularly to see if any changes have been made.

- This Privacy Statement is exclusively governed by Dutch law.
