Definitions
These terms and conditions contain the following definitions:
“Agreement”: the Agreement between the Organizer and you to provide one or more Tickets in return for payment in connection with an event day of the B-NL Challenge Trophy.
“CM Tickets”: CM Tickets is a trade name of CM.com Netherlands B.V., registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 20123808, with its registered office in at Konijnenberg 30, 4825 BD Breda, www.cmtickets.com
“Entry ban”: the Ban as described in these General Terms and Conditions.
‘'General Terms and Conditions'': these General Terms and conditions regarding the purchasing of Tickets and the attending to the B-NL Challenge Trophy.
“Golf Event”: the Golf Event of which you purchased a Ticket, indicated by a date, time and location, namedB-NL Challenge Trophy.
“Organizer”: The party that undertakes and is responsible for the organisation of the Event; in case of the B-NL Challenge Trophy the Organizer is the Koninklijke Nederlandse Golf Federatie, located in Utrecht, also acting under the name 'NGF’ and ‘GOLF.nl’.
“Ticket”: admission ticket to an eventday of the B-NL Challenge Trophy.
“Website”: the B-NL Challenge Trophy Organizer’s ticketshop https://www.golf.nl/topgolf/toernooien/challenge-trophy.
“you or your”: The person or party who concludes or has concluded an Agreement with the Organizer of the B-NL- Challenge Trophy.
General provisions
These general terms and conditions apply to the buying of Tickets and the attending of a Golf Event.
The Organizer reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions. We therefore advise you to check www.golf.nl before attending a Golf event to see if any changes have been made.
By ordering a Ticket, an Agreement is concluded with the Organizer of the Event. The Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions of the Organizer of the Event. By ordering a Ticket, you agree with these General Terms and Conditions.
The Organizer accepts no liability in case of cancellation, abandonment, non-playing or non-completion of a Golf Event.
In case of cancellation of the Golf Event, you will receive the purchase amount of your purchased Ticket as soon as possible.
The Organizer of the Golf Event reserves the right to modify the start time of the Golf Event.
The Organizer accepts no liability whatsoever for any damages suffered on the Event Location.
Anyone who cannot be held responsible for their own deeds is obliged to be accompanied by a mentor who carries responsibility for them.
The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the Event location for individuals or organisations without specifying reasons for this denial.
Visitors to the Event are obliged to follow any instructions from staff members or the organisation prior to and during the Golf Event.
The agreement
By purchasing the Ticket and paying the Entrance Fee, the Agreement is established between the Visitor and the Organizer.
It is required for the purchase of Tickets to fill in personal data. Neither CM Tickets, nor the Organizer is responsible for any mistakes in the purchasing and/or ordering process of Tickets as a result of providing false or incomplete data.
Every Agreement is concluded in Dutch and archived electronically by the Organizer as well as CM Tickets.
A Ticket provides access to the Golf Event on the chosen time and date. The Visitor is responsible for checking the date and location on which an Event is held, and whether the Event takes place. The selling of Tickets to sport events are excluded from legal termination rights. After purchasing your Ticket, you will not be able to return it.
You are obliged to pay the charge of each Ticket. For minors up and until the age of 17 the Tickets are free. For all children under the age of 18 we ask the permission of their parents for using our products and services beforehand. The parents must read the privacy statement and general terms and conditions.
The Organizer has outsourced the purchase and ordering process of Tickets to CM Tickets.
The Agreement and General Terms and Conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Payment
Purchasing Tickets via the Website or on the Event location can only be done by using one of the following payment methods:
IDEAL (ING, Rabobank, SNS bank, Friesland bank, ASN bank, Triodos bank, van Lanschot bankiers and de ABN-Amro bank). Look for more information on iDEAL on: www.ideal.nl

Cash payments are possible at catering establishments on the Event location.
Confirmation of your purchase
After completing your purchase, you will directly receive a confirmation e-mail of CM Tickets with your E-Ticket and unique code. This E-Ticket and code are your admission Ticket to the Event.

Statutory notice period
This Website only sells time-bound Tickets. Therefore, the selling of these Tickets is excluded from the legal termination right of 7 days after purchasing Tickets. Your purchase cannot be undone.
About your Ticket
Every Ticket gives access to the chosen Golf Event for one adult or child. The Ticket can be found in the confirmation that has been sent to you by mail. The Ticket contains a unique barcode that will only be provided to you once. The Organizer accepts no liability whatsoever for loss of or damage to Tickets by the Visitor for whatever reason. From the moment that the Ticket is made available to the Visitor, the Visitor bears the risk of loss, theft, damage or misuse of the Ticket.
You are to fill in all personal information on every person you buy Tickets for. Tickets are personal. Tickets can be transferred to someone else, if that person is registered at the entrance of the Event. The Organizer will then implement the changes on the Ticket. Every Visitor must have a personal Ticket. Every Visitor is obliged to be able to identify themselves under legal identification requirements (ID, passport or driver’s license). A Visitor may be prohibited from entering the Golf Event if they are not able to identify themselves.
A staff member will scan your Ticket in order to get access to the Event location. Every Ticket can only be scanned once.
The Organizer cannot guarantee that every match is played at the date and time stated on the Ticket.
The purchase amount of the Ticket shall be refunded in case the Golf Event is canceled for whatever reason.
You may buy 20 Tickets per purchase. In connection with the COVID safety measures, Tickets can only be ordered by name. When purchasing Tickets for someone else, you must point out the General Terms and Conditions they are to hold by. You are responsible that every person has read/accepted the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Tickets cannot be used for business purposes. If companies wish to buy Tickets to the Golf Event or have other business purposes, contact the Organizer via: challengetrophy@golf.nl
When there is any suspicion of providing false personal details, CM Tickets may cancel your reservation.
Access control
In order to keep Visitors and participants of the Golf Event safe, safety checks may be done before entering the Event location. This means that a superficial security search can be done and bags can be checked. The following objects are not allowed on the Event location:
Food and drinks
Glassware and cans
Fireworks
Weapons
Dangerous objects
Plastic bottles
Perfume, deodorant or other spray cans
Sound or image recording equipment with the exception of mobile phones or when permission is given by the Organizer.
The judgement of security staff present at the Event is leading. By entering the Event location, the Visitor agrees to cooperate with the security staff when they are searching clothes and bags. If any prohibited items are found, you will be handed over to the police.
Access regulations and regulations during the Golf Event
You are obliged to show your Ticket when asked by the police or staff at the Event location and to follow any instructions immediately.
You must keep to the COVID restrictions given by the Organizer and the local/national government among which keeping your 1,5 meters of social distance.
You do not have access to private areas.
You may not obstruct the flow at various event areas. This means that your use of entrances, stairs, paths and platforms must be strictly necessary for entering and or leaving the location.
When entering the Event location, you are not allowed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. When there is reasonable suspicion that you are, you may be denied access to the Event location without having the right to a refund.
At the event location, the selling or possessing merchandise is not permitted.
The possessing of sticks, clothing, chains, weapons or texts or signs which, in the opinion of the Organizer, may be offensive, discriminating, insulting to or cause aggression or unrest among other Visitors is not allowed on the Event location.
At the event location it is prohibited to throw objects or fluids.
It is prohibited to possess any items that cause unnecessary hindrance or nuisance at the Event location, or any items that may harm persons or goods, including items that cause loud noises.
At the event, you may not behave in a provocative or threatening manner or create any danger to the life or health of yourself or others, or behave in such a way that you may cause damage to the event site in question.
Bringing dogs and other animals to the event site is prohibited. This ban does not apply to guide and assistance dogs.
By using your ticket, you accept that you may be searched by the Police and authorized employees and that they may confiscate any objects which are not permitted according to the General Terms and Conditions.
People may not, while they are on the event site, use any electronic device to collect and/or transmit any data or information regarding the outcome, progress, conduct or any other aspect of the competition for gambling activities or other unlicensed commercial activities.
There may be cameras present at the event, which are recording to ensure your safety.
During the golf event, photos and other footage are made for reporting the golf event and for promoting the event and other future events by or on behalf of the Organisation.
In the event that a patron becomes infected with the corona virus during the event, you may be contacted by the GGD (on the number you filled in while purchasing your ticket)
The Organization may deny you access to the event site or have you removed if, in the reasonable opinion of the Organisation, you act contrary to one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions and Entry Regulations. In that case, your right to access one of the event areas will be revoked without you being entitled to a refund of the purchase price or to a voucher.
Alcohol
The purchase to and drinking of alcohol of people under the age of 18 is not allowed. The Organizer may check your identification to verify your age when drinking or purchasing alcohol. The Organizer may seize alcohol from Visitors or participants under 18.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed at the Event location unless stated otherwise.
Drugs
The possession or distribution of drugs is not permitted at a golf event. Bags and clothes may be searched for drugs by the police or security employees.
Undesirable behaviour and criminal offenses
Visitors are obliged to comply with regulations and/or instructions from security personnel and employees and designated volunteers. Instructions and/or assignments given by or on behalf of employees and/or volunteers of the Organization must be carried out or complied with in full and immediately. If the security personnel or the Organization determines that your conduct is inappropriate, you may be denied entry to the Golf Event. In case of criminal offenses, you will at all times be handed over to the police and a report will be made.
Sale and promotion
Selling or promoting goods or services in or around the Event location is not allowed without prior written permission given by the Organizer.
Minors
The Organizer advises awareness to parents or mentors of the situation on the Event location during a Golf Event. When bringing minors to the Event, take into account the uneven grounds, the size of the location and the amount of people that will be present. The Organizer takes no responsibility for minor visitors.
Own risk
Entering the Event location is at your own risk. The Organizer accepts no liability or whatsoever for any damages to visitors or their belongings.
Safety
The Golf Event takes place at a golf course surrounded by meadows. The area may be hilly and slippery. Please pay attention to wearing suitable clothing and shoes to keep safe.
Lost and found goods
Lost and found goods will be brought to a designated spot at the Golf Event and will stay there for a certain period of time after the Event in case they are not picked up during the Event.
Urinating in public
Urinating in public is not allowed and may cause a fine. The prescribed toilets at the Event location have to be used by Visitors.
Wheelchairs
The Organizer is making efforts to make the Golf Event accessible for wheelchairs. There will also be a toilet facility for wheelchair users. The Organizer can, however, not guarantee there is room for wheelchair users. Instructions of staff members must be followed at all times.
Parking
Every visitor to the Golf Event is allowed to use the designated parking.
You must possess a parking ticket during the B-NL Challenge Trophy if you wish to use the parking. Without a parking ticket you are not able to access the parking at the B-NL Challenge Trophy.
Parking is only allowed in parking spaces. This applies to cars, motorcycles and bicycles.
The parking ticket is valid for the entire day.
Instructions of parking supervisors must be followed at all times.
Keep the parking clean. Deposit your waste in the garbage bins. Littering will be reported to the police.
Entering the parking with glassware is not allowed.
Your vehicle will be moved in case of obstruction.
Parking is at your own risk. The administrator accepts no liability or whatsoever for any damages or theft of your vehicle or cargo.
Entry ban
The Organization can impose an access ban in the event of violation of these General Terms and Conditions and/or Access Regulations. This prohibition means that you may not attend any Golf Event (in whole or in part). The scope of the access ban depends on the seriousness of the behaviour.
If an access ban has been imposed on you, you can appeal this with the Organization. The objection does not uplift the ban. The objection must be sent in writing and by registered mail to the postal address of the Organization: Postal address: PO Box 8585, 3503 RN Utrecht. The notice of objection must be received by the Organization no later than 14 days after the date of the Entry Ban. If you submit the objection too late, the Organization will declare your objection inadmissible. The Organization will decide on an admissible notice of objection within 30 days of receipt and communicate its decision to You in writing.
During your suspension you may not buy tickets. In the case that you do have tickets, the organization will prohibit your from entering. Nor are you entitled to a refund of the purchase price or a voucher.
Limitation of liability
The Organizer is not liable for damages you suffer during your visit to the golf event.
In the event of clear attributable shortcoming by the Organisation or non-compliance with the Agreement, the liability of the Organizer is limited to the total amount of the Tickets purchased by you.
Neither CM Tickets, nor the Organizer is responsible for any mistakes in the purchasing and/or ordering process of Tickets as a result of providing false data.
Privacy
For the processing of personal data, which was acquired while visiting the website and buying tickets, the privacy policy of the Organizer is applicable. You can find this policy here: https://www.golf.nl/topgolf/toernooien/challenge-trophy.

Final clauses
If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are null, void and or destroyed, this will not affect the other provisions of these terms and conditions. The Organizer will then determine a replacement provision that relates to the void or voided provision in the best possible way and which is not void or voidable.
